Jonny is married to Louise, they have a daughter Ava – who has the same birthday as Jonny! He is passionate about lifting up the name of Jesus and is a keen Bible teacher. Jonny loves cappuccinos, reading, travel and supports Everton!

Travel and health enthusiast Louise is passionate about serving God both at work and in the church. She balances her time between her strategic people role in the Energy sector, speaking in church, leading the Woman to Woman at Renewal and raising a family.

Andrew has a wealth of experience in the operations related sector. A man of many trades! He’s married to Katrina and is a father of four. Andrew loves food and is often found in the kitchen cooking up a storm!

Leona loves investing in her team of managers, the leadership development of our wider staff team and coordinating Human Resources. Wife to Max and mum of 2, she also loves country walks with friends.

Justyn has been at Renewal his whole life and has a heart to see people thrive and grow – leading all things Pastoral at Renewal. A coffeeholic that loves to read; Justyn is married to Liz and has two children. If the sun is out, Justyn is out, often on his paddleboard.

Dean loves to lead our Renewal Kids team. When he is not encouraging his amazing leaders or making children laugh, you’ll find him watching football or enjoying a walk. Dean has two children and grandchildren, although he doesn’t look (or behave) old enough!

Joel’s worked on our volunteer youth team since 2015 and now leads YOUTH across our locations. He is a massive movie fan and a huge football fan, whether it’s playing or watching on terraces. Joel is married to Jenessa who also serves on our worship team.

Beth is passionate about working alongside families; seeing confident parents and a thriving church raising children together. She is married to Tim and is mother to two girls. When she’s not organising the RK toy cupboard, Beth likes muddy walks, watching sports, classic movies and playing guitar.

Tim joined our staff team with his wife Beth in 2023. Father to two young girls, he loves DIY, 80s music and quoting TV shows or movies. When he isn’t working hard to see children in Renewal Kids grow in their faith he is out going for muddy walks with Annie his red fox Labrador.

Joe leads evening gatherings and supports our Chelmsley and Stratford teams. He loves developing others, he is married to Gemma, father to Jireh, and dog dad to Simba. He’s also a big Walsall fan!

Coffee obsessed and always ready for a ‘braai’, South African born Karen is enthusiastic about people; their potential, their growth and the value they add to this world. In her role as Groups Pastor she works relentlessly towards better connections and stronger relationships amongst people.

Naomi has a heart to serve – helping to train, grow and develop Young Adults and Teams across the church. She loves music and will dance at any opportunity! Naomi enjoys visiting new places and eating great food with her coffee enthusiast husband, Alasdair.

Raised in the sunny south, Naomi loves being in the Midlands and getting stuck-in with all things community and outreach. She has so many stories of how the Renewal family has impacted the local community in amazing ways. Naomi is married to Jonny and loves to catch up on telly when she’s finished work!

Tom delights in supporting worship across all our locations at Renewal. Married to Alicia and father to two young children. Tom is a Part time gamer, artist and foodie – and a full time Arsenal supporter!

Nicola loves keeping us organised – working closely with the staff team to keep us efficient. Outside the office, Nicola loves knitting her evenings away and watching a good film with her husband Jon.
